Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Youtubeauto For Local ("the App"), operated by Myesalon ("we", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. What the App does

The App connects to your own YouTube channel to help you view the comments on your videos and post replies to them. You are responsible for the content of any reply you publish.

2. Eligibility & your account

You must be old enough to hold a Google/YouTube account and to enter into these Terms. You are responsible for the activity that happens through your connected account and for keeping your credentials secure.

3. YouTube Terms of Service

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using the App, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Your use of Google services is subject to the Google Privacy Policy. The App is not endorsed by or affiliated with YouTube or Google.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the App to:

• post spam, harassment, hateful, deceptive, or unlawful content;
• violate the YouTube Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, or any applicable law;
• attempt to access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
• interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the App or its services.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the replies and content you create. You grant us only the limited permission needed to transmit that content to YouTube on your behalf so the App can function. You are solely responsible for what you post.

6. Availability & changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature) at any time. Features that rely on the YouTube API may change or become unavailable if the underlying services change.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myesalon will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time and revoke its access from your Google Account permissions. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
