These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Milyweb, the YouTube channel management application and website ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of the Service

Milyweb provides tools to manage YouTube channels, including multi-channel dashboards, scheduled and automatic video uploads, metadata management, and channel analytics. The Service connects to your YouTube channels through the official YouTube Data API with your authorization.

2. Accounts and sign-in

• You sign in with your Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account.
• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the Service.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Service only for channels you own or are authorized to manage.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Upload content you do not own or have the rights to publish;
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or circumvent the Service, its security, or its usage limits;
• Use the Service to spam, mislead viewers, or manipulate YouTube metrics.

4. YouTube compliance

Because Milyweb interacts with YouTube, you must also comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and YouTube's Community Guidelines. Violations may result in suspension of your access to the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Milyweb, its logo, and the Service's design and software are our property and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the videos and content you upload through the Service. By using the auto-upload feature, you authorize us to publish that content to your YouTube channels on your behalf, as scheduled by you.

6. Service availability

We work to keep Milyweb reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Scheduled uploads depend on YouTube's API availability and your authorization remaining valid. We are not responsible for missed uploads caused by revoked access, YouTube outages, or API quota limits.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Milyweb is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or lost channel growth, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
